Overview
Rangpur Riders will take on Chittagong Vikings in the 7th match of the BPL T20 tomorrow in Sylhet. This will be the first game of the day and the weather also looks pretty fine for a full game.
While the Riders have won their first game, Vikings are yet to get off the mark. The arrival and playing of Brendon McCullum and Chris Gayle is still unclear and it would be highly unlikely that they will play this game. Better to avoid them and pick other overseas players.
After registering their win, the Riders won't be tempted to change their winning combo. Their bowling looks fairly settled with a good mix of local and international talent. Rubel, Mashrafe and Malinga will be their lead pacers. On the batting front, J Charles and A Lyth likely to get another go.
Vikings might have lost their opener, but they too have a formidable top-order. However, their bowling could some under the scanner and the all-rounders too can get rotated. There could be a temptation to play all the bowlers from the Rangpur camp, but we think that could prove to be costly for this round.
