France : 
1. In the absence of Benjamin Mendy, Layvin Kurzawa and Lucas Digne compete for the left-back spot.
2. Samuel Umtiti and Laurent Koscielny should partner up at the back, with Raphael Varane sidelined, though Kurt Zouma is back in the squad and there could also be a debut for Presnel Kimpembe.
3. Florian Thauvin is the only right-sided winger in the squad, though Deschamps could call upon Nabil Fekir to play there after a superb start to the season.
4. Matuidi and Kante will compete for a place in midfield, while Mbappe may have to make do with a place on the bench given a lack of action so far this season.

Netherlands :

Prediction

Both of these sides really need a win on Thursday to reach their respective goals after troubled starts to their qualifying campaigns have seen Sweden steal the lead in Group A.

France will be aiming to regain top spot with a victory while the Netherlands need a result of some sort to have a real shot at finishing in the top two.

The hosts are the favourites for sure but the pressure got to them last time out and they need to manage expectations better against Dick Advocaat's Oranje side.
