Hubli Tigers will take on Namma Shivamogga and the match will be played in Mysore. The ground doesn't look too big and we feel hitting boundaries won't be such a big task. On the weather front, there is a chance of rain. A well-balanced team with 3 all-rounders and 4 batsmen could be the way to approach this round.

NS- Kirmani, Manager, Joshi, Liyan-Khan, Ashraf, Jonathon, Akhil, Pradeep, Kaushal, Kazi, Majid

HT- Bajpai, Mayank, A Khan, V Kumar, Sakuja, Siddhart, Reddy, Dubey, Kranti, Bhatkal, Mathias 

Players who cannot be ignored 

V Kumar- He is going to open the bowling for Hubli. Will also bat at n.4 or 5. 

Sakuja- Could end up bowling spin in the powerplay and can also be handy with the bat down the order. 

Manager- After his match winning innings yesterday, it would be a bad move to ignore him. 

Other alternatives that can be considered 

Mayank- Has not really fired at the top but we all know how dangerous he can be opening the batting. 

A Khan- Could bowl in the middle overs and might bat no.3. 

Cap & vice cap logic 

Although there are some batsmen in good form, we feel V Kumar is a safe bet. He is arguably the most experienced cricketer in the KPL and will surely bat and bowl. Manager is going to bat in top 4 and given the way he has been striking, we feel he is best equipped to be the vice cap for today.
