Overview 

England are unlikely to make wholesale changes to their playing 11. Chris Woakes who was not at his best might get replaced by Toby Roland-Jones. There might also be a temptation to play Mason Crane, but if that were to happen, Westley could sit out. For the Windies, we expect the same team, unless of course there are any injury concerns. 

Although England lost the second Test, we feel that it is always better to pick 7 players from their side. On the weather front, the Test won't be bothered much by rain. We expect perfect batting conditions at Lord's and the pitch will take turn from 2nd day onwards.

ENG- Cook, Stoneman, Root, Westley, Stokes, Bairstow, Malan, Ali, Broad, Anderson, Jones 

WI- Powell, Brathwaite, K Hope, S Hope, Chase, Dowrich, Blackwood, Holder, Roach, Gabriel, Bishoo

Dark Horse 

Jones- He is likely to play at his home ground as we all know what he did in the second Test. A low budget seamer, but mighty effective. 

Blackwood- He is enjoying batting and although he goes after the bowling, he can also be steady in the middle order. 

Players who cannot be ignored 

Root- Arguably England's best batsman and the way he is going with the bat, it would be a folly to drop him. 

Cook- He might have flopped in the last Test, but the veteran opener can really make it count at Lord's. 

Anderson- If there is any seamer who deserves to be in all teams, it's him.
